The staff were extremely accommodating and
the breakfast had a nice variety of options to choose from. However, the shower was quite small and made it a bit uncomfortable for me. Overall, the charming atmosphere of the hotel made up for some of the minor inconveniences.

Charming views but a bit noisy
Our suite was lovely and comfortable, boasting stunning views of the town's historical architecture. The staff were welcoming, making every moment enjoyable with their warmth.
However, the air conditioning struggled to keep up during the hot nights, and with the window open for relief, outside noise became a challenge to sleep through.

I had a fantastic couple of days here and loved enjoying the delicious homemade pastries during breakfast and the charming view of the medieval church outside my window. The spa had some great relaxation options like the foot massage and a cozy leisure room to unwind in. My only small concern was that the lighting in my room could've been a bit brighter, but it didn't take away from the overall enjoyment. 😊

Centrally located and super easy to explore Orvieto. Our junior suite was spacious with comfy bedding, a minibar, and a nice seating area. The bathroom was clean and had a large waterfall shower. Breakfast had fresh pastries and gluten-free options. The staff was super helpful with local tips.

comfortable stay but restaurant confusion
The room was very spacious with a stunning view that made mornings enjoyable. Luxurious amenities added to the comfort of our stay and the heating system kept everything cozy. The staff members were exceptionally friendly, providing assistance whenever needed.
However, the lack of clear communication regarding restaurant reservations led to a disappointing dining experience.

The location was simply breathtaking! Situated in the heart of the ancient town, every corner was filled with history. ✨ Only downside was the shower could be a tight squeeze for larger guests.

The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the charming town. While the room was spacious, the shower was a tight fit and the decor felt a bit outdated. The staff were welcoming and breakfast was hearty, though might benefit from some improvements.
